Course Description
A two-day course targeted for system analysts, development managers and software development team members. Instruction covers iterative development, disciplines and other concepts from Rational Unified Process® (RUP®). Students will participate in a half-day simulation of a software development project, which reinforces the concept of risk-driven iterative development.
Objectives
Upon completion of the course, participants will
