Sa 22-Jun-2002 Great view from the panorama deck on the Manulife building (51st floor).
Sa 22-Jun-2002 At the Indian Motorcycle club we met a group of Alex' friends. I don't recall their names, but all I remember is that three of them worked for Hewlett Packard.
Su 23-Jun-2002 14.00 View from the roof (27th floor) of the Delta Chelsea Hotel towards downtown Toronto. Today it was probably 32 degrees Celsius with a heat feeling (humidex) of 40.

Su 23-Jun-2002 14.15 A little on Bay Street; these street cars appeared in the Toronto streets by the end of the 19th century.
Su 23-Jun-2002 14.30 With the 32 degree temperature and humidity (humidex of 40) it's better to stay inside, where it's cooler because of the air conditioning. Like here in Eaton Centre shopping mall (looking south).

Su 23-Jun-2002 18.50 There was also a sauna on the 27th floor. Needless to say that Ton didn't use it with a humidex of 40 ... Toronto already was a sauna.
Su 23-Jun-2002 18.50 A closer look in the sauna.
Su 23-Jun-2002 20.30 On his way to the CN Tower Ton noticed that CTV was recording the Jazz Festival.

Su 23-Jun-2002 21.20 I turned the camera 90 degrees for a different angle.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.20 Above the first level visitor centre we can sot a few communications antennas, mounted to the CN Tower.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.30 A sign above the elevator tells the visitors how high above ground level we are.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.30 Back on the main visitor level. Construction workers have mounted a thick glass window in the floor for visitors to walk on. Through the window you can see the CN Tower all the way to the ground.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.30 Part of the Skydome is visible through the glass floor. Ton is standing on the glass.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.30 Another look through the glass floor. A lot of people didn't have the courage to stand on the glass.
Su 23-Jun-2002 21.40 It's getting dark early in Toronto. This picture is taken from outside the first level visitor deck.
