	25-Mar-2000 14:15	Spring is in the air. Last October we planted tulip bulbs in front of the house next to the stairs. Here is the first result.

	08-Apr-2000 11:00	The owner of the house died 2 weeks ago (in Hong Kong). His widow wants to sell the house. We hope we can stay here as tenants. That totally depends on the plans of the new potential owner. If the deal is closed, we have 2-3 months to look for another place in case the new owner actually wants to live in the house.
