Filming in Vancouver

From Monday 28-Jan-2002 until Wednesday 30-Jan-2002 a film crew was filming scenes for the movie "Ecks vs. Sever" (North American premiere: 20-Sep-2002). The set was created in the alley next to the office entrance where Ton works (Crystal Decisions at 840 Cambie Street). He took some pictures. The movies stars Spanish actor Antonio Banderas and New York born actress Lucy Liu (from Ally McBeal and Charlies Angels, The Movie).

On Wednesday morning Ton walked passe Lucy Liu who was waiting at the office entrance to do a take. Later that afternoon he witnessed the explosion (pyrotechnics) of cars while a car chase in the alley was filmed.
