Vacation France – August 2013

Fr 05-Jul-2013: Solar panel system delivery
Fr 05-Jul-2013: Today our 6 solar panel set got delivered, installed and configured. The panels are from Astronergy and the inverters and gateway are from Enecsys. Schipper Installatie did the installation on our south facing roof. On 19-Jul-2013 we decided to change the panel layout on the roof, which created room to add a 7th panel to the set. Father’s Day present
For Father’s day Ton got a wonderful Weber square pizza stone baking tray for our Q-220 barbeque from Danique. It’s perfect for baking pizza, bread and deserts.

Our first Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB+) radio
Today we’ve got our very first DAB+ digital radio ever; the Pure Move 2500. In the Netherlands the pilot for Digital Audio Broadcast (DAB+) has started on 01-Jun-2013 and it will go live as per 01-Sep-2013. With the purchase of this portable DAB+ radio I consider myself one of the early adopters of DAB+ in the country. To read more about DAB+ please click on:

08-Jun-2013: Meeting Frans Luit at his brothers home in Velserbroek (NL). He is visiting from Vancouver for his dads birthday. He flew over for just a 2 day stay.

Fr 17-May-2013 11.00: Danique’s first visit at the dentist (http://www.leeuwanghtandartsen.nl). Everything was fine with her teeth and she is about to get new cheek-teeth (grinders) in the back of her mouth.
